The place is not smelly but very warm,
If you are sitting at the inner side of the Cafe, both their ac is OFF and there is a fan for ventilation.
SERVICE
Service is slow, an hour into the event I see people still waiting for their Food. Service staff is quite patience.

Food was average. Both for human and dog. Quite pricey.
Didnt have a reservation so only had 45mins to eat and go.

Visited Wooftopia for the 2nd times to celebrate a friend dog birthday and early Christmas celebration. You bring along you own decoration and cake to celebrate. It was a fun day for the dogs and the owners. I must said the food didn’t disappoint us and recommend to bring your dog.
Great place to bring your dogs! They can roam freely and it's very clean and doesn't smell (unlike other pet cafes). Only gripe was the food. Ordered 3 different pastas to try and the carbonara and Bolognese was pretty bad. Prawn aglio was decent.
Would revisit only for the ambience and for the dogs.
The food was delicious, depending on what you order. In hse dog is friendly. Staff are friendly and are also happy to serve. Went there a few times with my dogs. It served as different experience. Personally don't prefer the cushioned seats(although it makes seating more comfortable but at the same time am worried if some irresponsible owner brings their infested pet there and sat on the cushions). Dogs are free to roam but owners should be aware to wear their masks when they follow their pets during this sensitive period.

Food price increased, Hazelnut latte costs $10 + 10%service charge. The boss was rude 😒 we were served one bottle water without a cup and when my boy went to ask for one, still need to explain to her why we need a cup? And u charge 10% service charge? And she made the remark in front of my son that I am fierce?
However, another counter staff was nice and patiently took our order and repeat it clearly. I felt sorry for her that she has to learn from this boss.
She walked over to tell me my face was fierce and her camera can capture that. My goodness! My kids were shocked because they witnessed this boss lady was rude the moment we come in, explaining how to hold the door can be in a nicer tone and way of saying...
Fried rice was dry
Spaghetti was salty
4 pax with drink spent $100++ and need to suffer this kind of attitude from the boss.
It used to be our favourite dog cafe but it will be the last time we visit this place. Very disappointed 😞 looking at the crowd and service, not sure how long they can survive.
